On to December

So, I took a mental break from this place, and I am actually not going to apologize for it. Every now and then you just need to take a step back and enjoy the holiday weekend and that is exactly what I did!

I am coming back full force though with all sorts of holiday fun. Beginning yesterday with a painted sign tutorial from the Almond Place that you can find here, and later today with a yummy holiday treat. We have beauty tutorials and product reviews galore coming up as well. All while traveling almost half of each week for work. This my friends is dedication - full time job and full time blogging. I love it.

Last weekend was a bunch of holiday stuff sprinkled with hockey fun so noting too out of the ordinary. Instead of recapping that for you lets focus on some goals for December - after we revisit those from November!

November Goals:

Blog:
1. Continue posting at least 5 times per week.
2. Do at least one outfit post - and get the hubs to photograph it (for real!)
3. Get all of my social media connected to my blog and public worthy
4. Create a media kit for my blog (I am enlisting the help of my brother for coding purposes)
5. Makeup tutorial for fall
One out of five isn't bad right...

Home:
1. Hang shelves and pictures in bedroom
2. Better organize my closets 
Half a win!

Fitness:
1. Run once a week 
2. Lift at the gym at least twice a week 
3. Go to two AM spin classes this month
Oh, major fail


Life:
1. Update home organization binder
2. Have a girl's night
3. Read 2 books
4. Throw a Friendsgiving party
 I did plan on doing 1-3 but life doesn't always agree


December Goals:

1. Fill the blog with Christmas cheer
2. Do at least one outfit post - and get the hubs to photograph it (for real!)
3. Get all of my social media connected to my blog and public worthy
4. Create a media kit for my blog (I am enlisting the help of my brother for coding purposes)
5. Makeup tutorial for fall

Home:
1. Fill the house with Christmas/Holiday warmth
2. Better organize my closets 
3. Print anniversary pictures

Fitness:
1. Run once a week 
2. Lift at the gym at least twice a week 
3. Go to two AM spin classes this month
4. Make my plan

Life:
1. Update home organization binder
2. Have a girl's night
3. Read 2 books
