Recently, I decided that I was going to swear off the tanning bed forever. I have had some issues with my skin in the past (eczema) and now I have a suspicious little spot that my dermatologist has decided needs to go - but he isn't too concerned. That being said, I have really made a big change in my skincare in general so self-tanning seemed like the right direction anyway! Better to take care of my skin now than look like a lizard later right? Since I still have some natural color from this summer, I have only been using the Jergen's Natural Glow lotions. Honestly, these are perfect for me right now - other than the smell. They kind of smell like you just got a spray tan, but oh well. It dries in about 10 minutes and I haven't had much of a problem with them wearing off on clothes (only on one shirt so far and I was in a rush that morning).
Before I go out and buy different self-tanners to try I am going to be doing my research - duh. I have linked some of the videos I have looked at so far for help, but I will take any suggestions you guys have! My skin is worth the extra time each week to me - I really want to take better care of it.
That is all for today! Make sure to enter the giveaway for this Julienne Peeler here if you haven't already and leave me a comment below on any suggestions you have for self-tanners.
Have a wonderful day everyone, it is almost Friday after all!
