There are only eight more days until Christmas! Make sure you don't miss any of the holiday fun by checking out the Countdown to Christmas page here.

Today is all about my favorite holiday treat, Corn Flake Candy. My grandma has made this for a while now and it has become a tradition almost. I seriously do not go more than a year without making it now. It is such a  simple recipe, so today I am sharing the wealth. Keep reading to learn how I make this amazingly simple treat, just in time for your next holiday party!

This is literally one of the most simple things to make ever. To start everything off, bring the corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Once the sugars start to boil, remove your saucepan from the heat and add in the peanut butter. Mix everything until is is super smooth.

Once everything is mixed really well you just scoop out the mixture and form into 1-2 inch balls. Let them cool and then don't stop eating!

Seriously, these are my favorite. I really can't stop eating. In the past few years I have only shared this recipe with a few people and my friend's family now calls them Kati Cookies. So, that being said, if you make these cookies this holiday season take a picture, post it on Instagram and tag @katianne1519

Here is the full recipe.
