Let's recap shall we?
Friday
Friday's work day ended with drinks and a couple of appetizers as the new Wine Down place here in town. Seriously if you are in Fort Wayne make it there at some point. I had BBQ Bison Meatballs and they were so, so good. The wine was lovely too! Then I drove home and Nate and I headed out to dinner (sometimes you just really need a date night). Flat Top was the winning location and we both got super spicy bowls topped with all sorts of fun things. We called it a night early and just talked about our week.
Saturday
Started the day off bright and early at Church for my last class to become a Lutheran. What feels like seven years later, I am finally a member. Then I headed out with the girls to see my friend try on her dress. That ended and it was nap time for me. My nap was followed by a trip to the grocery store with the girls, then prepping food for later that night. Did anyone else watch the unfortunate ending of the Kentucky - Notre Dame game? My Dad and many other people I care about were heartbroken to see Notre Dame be so close and lose. I was heartbroken to see UK win. Oh well, Go Wisconsin now! (For the record, I am not a bandwagon fan. I simply don't have my team to cheer for so now I am cheering for anyone playing UK.)
Oh! I obviously failed at posting my discover post Saturday, but it will be going up later today!

Sunday
Sunday started with Church and was followed by a really scrappy lunch (we are trying to use up everything left in our house instead of going to the grocery). Then the rest of the day was spent doing laundry, packing and cleaning. The move is becoming so real! We close next week!
Sunday was also my sweet puppy's birthday! We gave him a new rawhide bone and he was so happy and entertained for the rest of the day. He has been such a joy for us in this past year and I am so happy to have him (and all the crazy energy he has).

How was your weekend? Any thoughts on UK and ND? Any tips for moving?
