Leighton is our little ball of energy, and is a huge focus of our life (duh). He is now almost a year and a half and is constantly learning, moving and surprising us.
After a long labor (see this post for details), Leighton was born on Sunday, December 13, 2015. He was 8 pounds and 21 inches long. Love at first sight, clearly.
Fast forward 17 months and he is walking, talking (a few clear words), has 9 teeth, and can do some fun party tricks. He has been at home with me, then at a sitter and is now at a day care here in town. Remi and him are best buds, and I am so glad he has this bond with his doggie.
Leighton will bring a lot to this blog. There will be projects, recipes, stories, and reviews centered around him because let's face it, he is our life.
