Convenience with Beeline Bikes

Hi there friends! Today I want to talk about convenience. To be honest, I am all about services that make life a little easier. When you are organizing the lives of three (soon to be four) humans and a dog, anything to shave some time off the to-do list is a good thing for me. This could be anything like crockpot meals or Kroger Click-List.

Spring is coming and that means there are even more things joining our already packed list of things to get done before the baby arrives. One of them was getting our bike fixed up. It was in rough condition, let me tell ya. My mom gave it to us when she got a new one and we really haven't gotten it tuned up since. So, when Beeline Bikes reached out to me and offered a free tune-up on my bike I was giddy!

Springtime Pastels

Spring is in the air and I really am over the moon about it. It is the perfect temperature for taking my dog for a walk, grilling and just enjoying being outside. What better way to embrace the light, spring weather than with pastels and florals? Seriously, nothing sounds more spring-like to me.

I have had an overwhelming obsession with shades of green (mostly mint) ever since about this time last year and it doesn't seem to be fading. All the shirts above just draw me in and I can't help it. Also on my radar for a while now are a relaxed pair of holy, lighter wash jeans and a nice nude wedge with some attitude. The floral adidas are to die for also and are a perfect way to dress down nicer shirt for a casual day.

A spring outfit isn't complete without a good, neutral bag (at least in my book), a good pair of sunnies and a bright pink lip. It just ties it all together.

Let It Rain

Seriously though, I have never been so excited at the thought of rain or a thunderstorm in my life. It just makes it seem like spring is finally coming around. Keep it coming mother nature, keep it coming.

Although it has nothing to do with today's post, I have had this song stuck in my head ever since I titled this post. Not mad about it either. Lately little things have sparked songs that touch my heart and make me feel like everything is happening for a reason.

And on to today's actual post. With the impeding rain in the weather forecast all of the rain things are looking so good to me. I have a camping style raincoat, but a cute one wouldn't hurt. I have an umbrella that is on it's last leg, and I haven't owned rain boots since my sophomore year of college. Obviously I need to go shopping right? If I were to go shop right now, here is what I would be choosing between.

I Dream of Spring

Seriously, the weather on Monday was such a tease! I don't know if it ever quite hit 70, but it got so close and it felt spectacular. Then it went away and we are back to the 40's. Still good, but I could have kept the warmer weather and been happy. Anyway, that split second of warmer temperatures got me really excited for spring and the changes that will take place in my wardrobe because of it. I see a lot of pastels and occasional pops of bold, bright colors and floral prints in my future. Now to keep my desire for shopping at bay, a little window shopping is in order.
