Friday's Favorites | March 20

The weekend is almost upon us! It is Friday my loves and that means favorites time. One thing that will not be on my favorites list is the weather currently - I mean there is frost on the ground this morning. No thanks. On to the list of true favorite things!

Weekends

Weekends were already my favorite part of the week, but now they are even more awesome. Friday means I get to see my husband again. I know there are people out there that go longer than five days at a time without seeing their significant other (like my SIL), but I still don't like it. So yay for Friday and seeing Nate!

My Sister

From her random sassy texts about other people to the daily snapchats of her life, She makes me laugh and is one of my favorite people in this entire world. Lately she has just really been making life a little more happy. Love you Mads!

Friday's Favorites | March 6

And another week bites the dust! I still can't believe it is March already though, time seems to go ridiculously fast lately. This week was full of good things, among them was taking steps toward our new house. We have a closing date for our current house, and hopefully we will have an offer in on a new house by Monday. Thank you to anyone who sent positive thoughts/vibes/prayers our way lately. Other things that made me smile this week are below. Enjoy!

A Belated Valentine's Surprise

I mentioned before that Nate was out of town for Valentine's day and that we were pushing it back. Well we still haven't gone out to dinner because life has been nothing short of crazy but that doesn't mean he let's it take over. Among some other goodies, he came home with this rose last night after the gym. Isn't it gorgeous!?

 Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water is my new favorite. Not sure what is in this magic water, but it does the trick! I have noticed a definite change in how oily my face gets throughout the day. In love!

It has been a major, major game changer. I have been using it for a solid week now and love it even more than I thought I would. Read all about my skincare routine here. I have seen a major improvement in my acne lately.

I grabbed these two workouts off the Tone It Up website this week and holy cow was I sore! They were simple to do and I really felt the burn. Love it!

It is almost Valentine's Day everyone. (Not that you needed me to tell you probably.) Anyway,  you will see a Valentine's post from me tomorrow. Until then, it is favorites time!

Eufora Shampoo and Conditioner

 

I got this shampoo and conditioner from Pin Up Curls Salon to test out and so far it is really working for me. My hair feels super clean but not dry and the elixir conditioner doesn't weigh down my long locks. Definitely a good pair to try out!

It is Monday

If you haven't been able to tell, I have recently gotten back into the habit of looking at The Berry in the mornings (more of my favorite pictures from this morning below). And today I found the picture that describes my morning. The struggle is real guys. 

This weekend was pretty calm. Friday night we surprised Nate's cousin (with the rest of the family) at a bar for his going away party. He was completely taken off guard. So confused. The night was then filled with fried pickles, mozz sticks and alcohol. Eventually beer pong happened (yes, in a bar - we classy) and Nate and his mom were kicking butt and taking names. Proud moment for sure. We left that party early because my best friend from high school was coming to visit, and I wanted to be home when she got there (obviously). 

Saturday morning we woke up early and headed to the spa. It was my first time ever, strange to think I am 24 and hadn't gotten a real facial or massage ever in my life. Three hours later we left feeling like new women. If you are in the North East Indiana area and want a good facial or massage, head to Tranquil Touch Spa. I have nothing to compare it to, but it was so relaxing!
